Why Sign the Pledge?

As we scale up with our new project, Transforming Workplace Opportunities (TWO), which will continue until March 31, 2026, we're excited to introduce our latest initiative: The Transforming the Workplace Pledge 2024-2026. This pledge invites all organizations to re-imagine their role in fostering diverse, inclusive, and equitable organizational cultures. By committing to this transformation, your organization can help create working environments where everyone belongs, free from racism, discrimination, and bias.

Through this pledge, organizations are encouraged to:

  1. Create an Inclusive Work Culture: Foster an environment where everyone feels valued and included.

  2. Provide Continuous Learning: Enhance organizational policies, practices, and processes through ongoing education and improvement.
